Who we are

Meridian App Development is a trading name of Meridian Interface Ltd (company number 16150489, registered office Park House, Wilmington Street, Leeds, LS7 2BP). We are the data controller for personal data described here and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC101614).

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message.

Why we use it

We use it only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless we need it longer for a contract or a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our website and email providers process data for us under contract. Our website is served by Cloudflare, which may process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy details on its App Store page. Where an app collects personal data, it will say so there and in the app.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@meridianappdev.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
